so that could change peoples minds but who agrees with me that the rangers are not in a youth movement

Answer: I don't think they are really in a youth movement. I think teams like Pittsburgh and Chicago are in youth movements. Chicago more then Pittsburgh thanks to veterans like Geurin and Gonchar but still, when your captain is 21 your in a youth movement.

They went back to their old ways trading away youth like Moore, just the way they did when they parted with Zubov and York and Savard and Sundstrom and Nordstrom. They are back to their lack of DEFENSE! Who can they trade to get back to playoff status, that they are losing already after one winning season??

Answer: Malik and Rachunek need to go bye bye... same with Ozolinsh. The Rangers need to play Pock and bring up Staal in addition to playing some of their younger forwards. A very strong third line would be Immonen centering Dawes and Prucha.
