not to mention its super tiny its like the size of a key in length and like a dollar in quarters of thick

Answer: It is obviously very low end, plasticky and toylike...
Bet it's a no name brand, which must have cost only a few bucks.

It has a 300k sensor, with a top resolution of only 640x480...which is ok if you like very small sized photos. Just don't expect any good photo quality, at all.
It also has a very poor movie mode...video at 6fps.
Top cameras have a framerate of 30fps.
etc. etc.
