Question: I have a Toshiba M45-S265 and I've recently reformatted it, but it freezes just before it reformats.?

Before the reformat is even complete, it freezes at the startup. To begin with, the computer prompts me if I want to reformat the laptop and it goes on (without any choices) to delete the primary partition. Afterwards, the Toshiba reformat application starts up and finishes to 100 percent. Afterwards, the computer starts up normally with the exception of a Toshiba application that says "final configuration: do not interrupt". I believe this is an ikernel.exe process. Afterwards, the computer restarts and then the blue screen for windows appears and begins forming ellipsis like so "...". Afterwards, a black screen appears with the windows logo (a smaller windows logo than the regular startup one) and it reads in a caption "please wait..." then my computer freezes at this point. This happens before my computer even finishes the reformat. I don't know what the problem is. I've been trying on and off for the past three days to try to fix it. Please help if you can .

Answer: Don't use this unless you are willing to risk the loss of your disk utilities.

You'll have to be able to set the boot order to boot from CD.
Then make a Gparted livedisk and use it to partition/format your drive.

The Gparted link is below. Down load the ISO and use a program like Nero to burn it to CD. Then with it in the drive, reboot and follow the directions. I've used it before when I couldn't get windows to install because of hard drive goofyness. Choose FAT32 as the format then when you go to reinstall windows have windows reformat and make a ntfs system during the install.

Toskala & Nabokov in SJ and Bryzgalov & Giguere in ANA and Aebischer & Huet in Montreal are a few.
But do they work?
I've only known Ken Dryden and Bunny Laracque in the 70's to be successful.
I dont think they work as evidenced with the manny-roli fiasco in minnesota.

vernon and osgood in the 90s in detroit seemed to work.

if the goalies play a similar style then it can work, but if the Dmen a used to different goalies back there every night it can get frustrating. You need to use 2 goalies to keep fresh, but you also need an established starter - so no, it doesnt work.
